The newly-elected JLT/Eco Committee at Ings primary school have met to undertake a mind-mapping exercise on their Eco priorities for this year as part of the new C3 Group Eco-Excellence workshop. First, they drew/wrote about eco issues at the school on a sheet of A1 paper. Next, an A1 sheet of tracing paper was placed over the top, secured in place and then the children put in their solutions and ideas. This will form the basis for their work this year. Lots of talking points were raised and there was great collaboration across all year groups.

Reading about the Eco Excellence Workshop at Ings Primary School, it really shows how pupils are learning to think about the environment in a hands-on way through teamwork and simple eco activities. It reminded me of a school day when we did a recycling project and had to sort waste correctly as a class. I once used BTEC Assignment Service UK when I was trying to understand how to organize my coursework clearly. It shows how early learning experiences can shape how we think about sustainability later in life.
